Appraiser of Music & Pop Culture Memorabilia,
Collectibles & Artifacts
With years of experience appraising music memorabilia and pop culture collectibles, I specialize in evaluating, authenticating, and curating items from individual collections, estates, and archives. My work blends historical context with cultural relevance to deliver appraisals that honor both market value and legacy.
I’ve had the privilege of appraising items associated with legendary figures such as Bob Dylan, Gregg Allman, Janis Joplin, David Bowie, Freddie Mercury, Joe Cocker, Johnny Cash and Family, The Clash, Motley Crue, and The Grateful Dead, among others. These include stage-worn clothing (including custom designs by Nudie), artist-owned items, signed instruments, inscribed photographs, stage-used gear, and original artwork created by or featuring these iconic musicians.
Each item I assess represents a unique intersection of personal history, cultural significance, and collector demand—critical elements in determining fair market and insurance value.
My expertise encompasses working with collectors, artists (both living and deceased), estates, music managers, attorneys, and industry professionals, ensuring accuracy in provenance research, historical context, and market trends. Whether it’s a rare vinyl LP, a photo-matched stage outfit, or a handwritten lyric sheet, I provide meaningful context that amplifies its value—both emotionally and financially.
While I conduct professional appraisals across multiple categories, my specialty lies in music memorabilia, pop culture collectibles, and legacy artifacts. I approach each piece with deep knowledge of market shifts, collector interests, and cultural resonance.
All appraisals are USPAP-compliant and meet professional standards for insurance, estate planning, charitable donation, legal matters, sales, and inheritance. Each report is tailored, research-backed, and professionally recognized.
